CLARIFICATION TEXT ON PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your contact information that you inserted in our website (www.sante-legal.com), your Whatsapp contact contents shared with phone number +905013489085  and your other personal data acquired by your face-to-face meetings in our Sante-Legal Law Firm are processing and protecting accordingly with the articles of 6698 no.Turkish Law on the Persotal Data Protection and the articles of EU General Data Protection Regulation. According to these regulations, Sante Legal is a data controller.

Your contect information inserted in our website is used for contacting you and it is stored by us. Printed or digital documents delivered in face-to-face meetings in our office or delivered via Whatsapp or e-mail are stored for 3 years in accordance with the article 39 of 1136 no. Turkish Law on Attorneys. These documents can be used in jurisdical process. In jurisdicial process, your personal data can be shared with related people, judicial authorities and the court’s employees via UYAP (Turkish National Judiciary Informatics System) or via physical cases delivered to the court. Besides if you have a special insurance, your personal data can be shared with insurance companies via their official correspondence addresses. Moreover, your personal data must be shared with required third parties (different from the abovementioned parties) according to your case. In this case, after examining your case, we will contact you to inform you and submit you a direct consent paper which includes information about third parties and their contact adresses.

Your personal data cannot be shared with third parties in any circumstances without your permission. When in requiried circumstances we will immediately contact you and after informing you if you give your consent of data sharing we will share your permitted personal data with the permitted third parties.

Your rights on your shared personal data with Sante-Legal are specified in the article 11 of Turkish Law on Personal Data Protection. These are:

a) to learn whether his personal data are processed or not,

b) to request information if his personal data are processed,

c) to learn the purpose of his data processing and whether this data is used for intended

purposes,

ç) to know the third parties to whom his personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

d) to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

e) to request the erasure or destruction of his personal data under the conditions laid

down in Article 7,

f) to request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom his personal data has been transferred,

g) to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of his personal data,

which leads to an unfavourable consequence for the data subject,

ğ) to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his

personal data.
