Sante Legal is a law firm specialised on medical law which was founded by Serenay Ağın, a medical law specialist, in 2021. Although we are specialised in medical law; we also provide legal services on labour law, IT law, protection of personal data, law of contracts, consumer law, intellectual property law, administration law, penal law, insurance law. Lately, medical law became an important field of law. Even if it is considered that medical law is only composed of medical malpractice, it is an extensive field of law which contains personal rights of the physicians, medicine supplies of the patients, disciplinary proceeding of the physicians and alike. Sante Legal provides legal services with its consultative commitee consisting of professionalists, academician physicians. We offer consulting services to patients and physicans both.
